For small cracks:

  1. Remove dirt and vegetation from crack with wire brush, screwdriver or other suitable tool.
  2. Flush with garden hose and allow crack to dry.
  3. Shake the bottle of QPR Pourable Crack Filler to ensure the material is completely mixed.
  4. Cut the top of the spout to desired width (smaller than width of crack).
  5. Fill crack flush to adjoining pavement.
  6. Use QPR’s Crack Filler Tool® to smooth out the crack filler.
  7. Allow crack filler to dry 24 hours.
  8. If desired, a second application may be applied to compensate for any shrinkage of the first application.
  9. Allow crack filler to dry for 24 hours prior to applying QPR® Professional Grade Driveway Sealer.

For larger cracks:

  1. Remove dirt and vegetation from crack with wire brush, screwdriver or other suitable tool.
  2. Flush with garden hose and allow crack to dry.
  3. Apply QPR® Stone Grade Crack & Depression Filler to the hole.
  4. Fill crack flush to adjoining pavement.
  5. Use QPR®’s Crack Filler Tool to smooth out and compact the material flush with the adjoining surface.
  6. Allow the product 3-6 months curing time before applying QPR® Professional Grade Driveway Sealer.
